Once enrolled, students gain access to digital course content, live sessions, and resources.
Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are limited and conditional.
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the course due to a technical error on our side, and the issue remains unresolved within 7 working days.
Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same course, the excess payment will be refunded.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind after enrollment.
Incomplete use of course content.
Failure to attend live classes or sessions.
Course dissatisfaction based on personal expectations.
Cancellations are allowed only before course access is granted.
Once login credentials and materials are shared, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
