At Skill Nest Tech, we strive to provide learners with valuable and affordable training. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations are applicable.

1. Course Enrollment

  • Once enrolled, students gain access to digital course content, live sessions, and resources.

  • Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are limited and conditional.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the course due to a technical error on our side, and the issue remains unresolved within 7 working days.

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same course, the excess payment will be refunded.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after enrollment.

  • Incomplete use of course content.

  • Failure to attend live classes or sessions.

  • Course dissatisfaction based on personal expectations.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are allowed only before course access is granted.

  • Once login credentials and materials are shared, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
